  • Coach and support internal teams on project management: set up management processes and project rituals, manage the budget and expenses, monitor the schedule, manage delivery, control risks, control the balance between workload and available capacity.
  • Build and implement the change strategy: impact study, change management strategy, implementation of the change management plan.

  • Assessment of the situation and identification of the “root causes” of the problems.
  • Implementation of a short-term action plan aimed at limiting the extent of the damage.
  • Mobilization of the project team to obtain the commitment of all stakeholders.
  • Root cause analysis of problems and definition of a feasible project plan: objectives, budget, business case, workload, planning, organization, human resources, working methods and responsibilities, business partners and contracts, etc.
