Jean-Claude Bernardon is a seasoned business executive, expert in the development of service and consulting companies, the transformation of operating models, the management of complex business transformation programs and the recovery of projects or activities in difficulty.
HIS JOURNEY
He begins his career at Dassault and joins Arthur Andersen in 1984. He works in technology consulting (Stamford, USA), then in organization and information systems in manufacturing and distribution, and finally in management of transformation projects with Executive Committees. Then he joins Deloitte in 1998 as a Partner in distribution and manufacturing in Europe.
In 2000 he creates EDIFIXIO, a technology consulting and services company, for which he provides general management, business development and management of strategic partnerships in Europe, the United States, Russia, Morocco and South Africa. He sells EDIFIXIO to the ATOS group at the end of 2020.
Since 2021, he has been involved in business transformation, turnaround, and transition management assignments with his firm Bernardon & Associates.
He is the author of two books “Achieving Your Goals, Yes You Can” and “Conflict Resolution” at Maxima.

Since 01/2021 he is Founder and CEO of Bernardon & Associes, a firm specializing in business transformation, turnaround, and transition management.
He provides consulting to clients in agrobusiness, aerospace & defense, services and B2B consumer goods.
From 2000 to 2020 he was Founder and CEO of EDIFIXIO (Levallois-Perret, Boston, Tunis, India), technology consulting and services company.
He creates and ensures the growth of EDIFIXIO, International company of 30 M € and 370 employees, with operations in France, the United States, India and Tunisia. He develops clients in the sectors of manufacturing and B2B service in Europe, the United States, Russia, Morocco and South Africa, and food & specialized distribution companies in Europe.
He signs strategic partnerships with major software editors IBM, Broadvision, Riversand, APPIAN, Semarchy, One2Team and SAP. He sells and ensures with these partners the success of major transformation projects and system integration contracts for manufacturing and distribution firms.
He develops EDIFIXIO’s consulting activities with ERC (Edifixio Relation Client) dedicated to multi-channel B2B customer relationship management and EBC Business Consulting which provides services in Business transformation, Price & Revenue Optimization, Sales Force effectiveness, data science and digital strategy.
He worked with 60 clients, large international groups, or French mid-sized companies, and carried out more than 200 assignments and projects. Among its clients:
